New Delhi, Haridwar and Rishikesh Tour Overview
Kedarnath Yatra is a revered pilgrimage in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. Devotees embark on a trek or use alternative transportation to reach Kedarnath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. Situated in the Garhwal Himalayas, it's one of the Char Dham sites. Pilgrims believe that visiting Kedarnath brings spiritual merit, and the temple holds historical and religious significance. The yatra involves traversing scenic landscapes and facing challenging terrains, creating a profound spiritual experience for those undertaking the journey.
New Delhi, Haridwar and Rishikesh Tour Itinerary
Day 1
Once you reach the Dehradun Railway Station, meet and greet by our tour representative. Then around 7 A.M. you will drive towards Sankri. En route visit Kempty Fall & proceed for Sankri. Check in to the Guest house/Hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at Sankri.
Day 2
Today Morning after breakfast start your trek from Sankri to Juda Ka Tal, a 5 kms trek which will take 3-4 hrs around to complete. The trail leading Juda Ka Tal passes through beautiful forests of oaks, birch & deodar trees. Juda Ka Tal is one of the most sought-after attractions in the Kedarkantha trek. Swargarohini peaks are visible from here. It gains even more prominence in winters where it remains completely frozen. You can walk and glide on the ice sheet. Dinner & overnight stay at Juda ka Tal.
Day 3
Morning after breakfast proceed for Kedarkantha Trek. It should take 3-4 hrs to reach the campsite. At night, the snow-clad mountain peaks shine brightly as the moon, and you will clearly see the Kedarkantha Peak from your camp. After an early dinner, try to get a good night’s sleep as you will be waking up at 3 A.M. to start your summit steps. Overnight stay at Base Camp.
Day 4
Wake up early in the morning at 3 A.M., have breakfast & proceed towards Kedarkantha Trek. Kedarkantha altitude is 12500 ft. it will take around two anda half hours to reach the summit. Try to make it before sunrise. As the sun rises, you’ll see the dramatic show of colors in the sky and the transformation leaves and admire the majestic view of the Himalayas surrounding you. The most prominent peaks visible from the top are Swargarohini Peak, Black Peak and Bandarpoonch Peaks. You will also see Yamunotri, Gangotri, Har ki Dun and Rupin Pass. Later make your way back to the base camp for a warm meal. After lunch, proceed towards Hargaon campsite, which takes about an hour and a half from the base camp to reach. Dinner and overnight stay at Hargaon.
Day 5
Today is your last day on the Kedarkantha Trek. Wake up early in the morning to catch the sunrise and make your way back to Sankri. It should take around 2- 3 hrs to reach Sankri. After a short break at Sankri, we leave for Dehradun.Dropping at your destination “Our Services Ends Here…

- 5% GST will be applicable if paid in INR.
- In case of any dispute, our financial liability will not exceed 20% of total cost of tour package.
- There will be no refund for unused nights or early check-out (In case of Medical condition it completely depends on hotel policy).
- Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and will be chargeable by the hotel.
- The price does not include expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
- Azure Tour Advisor reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

Therefore, please carefully note that:
- You will need to adhere to the conditions, rules and regulations of each Hotel or service provider. For instance, you will need to check the baggage rules of the airline, you will need to check the hotel rules to check what the mealtimes are, at which you should make yourself available. The company is not responsible/liable for the consequences if you breach such rules and regulations.
- If you cause any injury or damage affecting the service provider, then you may be liable to the service provider and if the service provider recovers any monies from us for such injury or damages, we shall separately charge you for the same.
- We cannot be held responsible/liable for any delay, deficiency, injury, death, loss or damage etc. occasioned due to act or default of such service providers, their employees or agents.
Our Liablities & Limitations:
- Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 10% of full tour cost - 60 days prior to departure date.
- 25% of full tour cost - 30 days prior to departure date
- 50% of full tour cost - between 15 & 29 days prior to departure date
- 75% of full tour cost - between 14 & 7 days prior to departure date
- 100% - within 7 days prior to tour.
