• Guests are requested to pay the difference of room rent at the Hotel (Plan tariff). lf package tour during period mention here above.

• Payment Policy
• • Deposit of 25% of the package cost at the time of booking.
• • Need 50% payment of the package cost, 30 days prior to departure date
• • Need 100% payment of the package cost, 15 days prior to departure date.

• • 5% GST will be applicable if paid in INR.
• • Rooms are subject to the availability. No reservation has been made till date.
• • The above rate is valid only for mentioned dates/month.
• • The above Quotation is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings.
• • If we are not able to get the original hotels, we shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.
• • In case of any dispute, our financial liability will not exceed 20% of total cost of tour package.
• • There will be no refund for unused nights or early check-out (In case of Medical condition it completely depends on hotel policy).
• • Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and Feb be chargeable by the hotel.
• • The price does not include expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
• • Azure Tour Advisor reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

• • 25% of full tour cost - 30 days prior to arrival.
• • 50% of full tour cost - between 15 & 29 days prior to tour.
• • 75% of full tour cost - between 14 & 7 days prior to
